Philippians 2:5 KJV
Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
Philippians 4:13 KJV
I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
Philippians 2:5
and 4:13 are favorite verses of scripture for many, but few see them in the splendor in
which they were intended. They are not at the base level of
uncontrolled or idle thinking, but they are huge constructs of
victorious and optimum living. We can’t use these verses as an excuse
to exempt ourselves from disciplining our minds. God will not reach down
from heaven and stuff our brains with His Word; we must put it on.
Weaning off baby’s milk
is a mandatory requisite if victory is the goal. An infant’s stage of
believing and faith is not sufficient for living the kind of life God
intends for us all. The fullness of Christ abides within. It is
God IN Christ IN us that delivers the power to create a successful life.
Everything that we need to be victorious is sealed in our spirits
for all eternity (Ephesians 1:13). God wouldn’t have taken such
painstaking measures to provide us with the Holy Spirit and to inspire
the scriptures for our living and learning just to have us live beneath
what is available. As Christians, we are thoroughly equipped for
greatness.
“Recognizing Cues, Clues,
and Blockers” is a RNC teaching that may help you identify the internal blockers that interfere with
your ability to demonstrate power. Cues and clues are planted
throughout our everyday reality. They are the external markers that
help us get to where we need to be, and they will propel us to
opportunities for healing and blessings. |
